That is why the IFFG has an annual youth jury, which watches a number of films from the film festival programme. These films are eligible for the IFFG Youth Jury Award and are judged on five criteria: theme, situation, acting, story and cinematography.

Of course you don't have to be an expert. During the festival you will follow workshops from film professionals and learn to look at films in a different way and to broaden your horizons. You also get a look behind the scenes, talk to your fellow jury members and meet directors and guest speakers. After this experience you have traveled all over the world, discovered many new things and you have an IFFG family.
